What happens after I pay?
Your payment is converted and settled, then Premium is applied to the username you entered. The tracker page updates live at every step, and the order id on it is your receipt — save it.
How long does activation take?
Premium usually lands within minutes of the payment settling. Settlement itself depends on the coin you pay with: a fast chain confirms in minutes, Bitcoin can take longer. The tracker shows exactly which stage the order is at.
What if I typed the wrong username?
Premium goes to that account and cannot be reversed — check the username carefully before you pay. The form looks the username up on Telegram as you type and shows the account name it found, so compare it against the profile in Telegram; a username nobody holds is refused.
Can I gift Premium to someone else?
Yes. Enter any public @username and Premium is applied to that account. The recipient does not need to do anything, and no link between you and the gift is recorded.
The account already has Premium — can I extend it?
It may not be possible. Telegram may refuse to add Premium to an account that already has an active subscription, in which case the order fails and your payment is refunded. Wait until the current subscription is close to ending before ordering again.
How do refunds work?
If Premium cannot be activated after your payment settled, contact support and quote the order id — your payment is refunded to the refund address you gave, or to one you provide. A payment that never arrives at all needs no refund; the order simply expires.
What if the rate expires before I pay?
The send amount is locked for a limited time, shown as a countdown on the tracker. A deposit that arrives after the deadline may be converted at the current market rate, which can leave it short of the price — if you missed the window, start a new order instead.
