What happens after I pay?
Your payment is converted and settled, then the Stars are sent to the username you entered. The tracker page updates live at every step, and the order id on it is your receipt — save it.
How long does delivery take?

What if I typed the wrong username?
The Stars go to that account and cannot be taken back — check the username carefully before you pay. The form looks the username up on Telegram as you type and shows the account name it found, so compare it against the profile in Telegram; a username nobody holds is refused.
Can I send Stars to someone else?
Yes. Enter any public @username and the Stars are added to that account's balance. The recipient does not need to do anything, and no link between you and the gift is recorded.
Do I need to log in to Telegram?
No. You never sign in, share a phone number or hand over a login code — the public @username is all that is needed, and the account must be a personal one, not a bot or a channel.
How do refunds work?
If the Stars cannot be delivered after your payment settled, contact support and quote the order id — your payment is refunded to the refund address you gave, or to one you provide. A payment that never arrives at all needs no refund; the order simply expires.
What if the rate expires before I pay?
The send amount is locked for a limited time, shown as a countdown on the tracker. A deposit that arrives after the deadline may be converted at the current market rate, which can leave it short of the price — if you missed the window, start a new order instead.
