About Quant
Quant sells Overledger, software intended to let institutions connect to several blockchains through one interface rather than integrating each separately. The target customer is a bank or a public body, not a retail user.
The token’s role is licensing: access to the platform is paid for in QNT, and the supply is small — a little over fourteen million, far below the billions typical elsewhere, which is why the unit price looks high relative to the project’s size.
It is an ERC-20 on Ethereum, so it settles under Ethereum’s twelve-second blocks and moving it costs ETH.
Sending and receiving QNT
- Before you send. QNT settles here as an ERC-20 on Ethereum; the receiving address must be an Ethereum address.
- Set a refund address. It is the only route funds have back to you if a swap cannot complete — a deposit below the minimum, or one arriving after the quote window closed. See refund handling.
